§ 40:54D-25 — Issuance of bonds, notes.

25.
a.Except as otherwise provided in section 18 of P.L.1997, c.273 (C.5:10-6.3), the authority may from time to time issue its bonds or notes for any of its purposes under this act, including the payment, funding, or refunding of principal or interest or redemption premiums on any bonds or notes issued by it whether the bonds or notes or interest to be funded or refunded have or have not become due. Bonds and notes so issued shall be subject to the "Local Bond Law," N.J.S.40A:2-1 et seq. and the "Local Authorities Fiscal Control Law," P.L.1983, c.313 (C.40A:5A-1 et seq.).
b.Except as otherwise provided in section 18 of P.L.1997, c.273 (C.5:10-6.3) and except as may be otherwise expressly provided by the authority, every issue of bonds or notes shall be general obligations payable out of
