23.Any convention center facility or other tourism project of the authority shall be maintained and kept in the condition and repair as the authority determines, or the bond covenants require. A project or any part thereof may be policed and operated by employees and other persons as the authority may employ or authorize. L.1992,c.165,s.23; amended 1997, c.273, s.11.
