22.All purchases, contracts or agreements made by the authority pursuant to P.L.1992, c.165 (C.40:54D-1 et seq.) shall be made or awarded pursuant to the "Local Public Contracts Law," P.L.1971, c.198 (C.40A:11-1 et seq.). L.1992,c.165,s.22; amended 1997, c.273, s.10.
