§ 40:37A-134 — Broad construction of powers
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The powers enumerated in this act shall be interpreted broadly to effectuate the purposes thereof and shall not be construed as a limitation of powers. L.1979, c. 275, s. 29, eff. Jan. 3, 1980.
