Text
Any solid waste disposal system operated by a county improvement authority shall be subject to the provisions of the "Solid Waste Management Act (1970)" (P.L.1970, c. 39, C. 13:1E-1 et seq.), and to any rules and regulations adopted thereunder by the State Department of Environmental Protection. L.1973, c. 330, s. 3, eff. Dec. 27, 1973.
