§ 40:37A-109 — Application for loan; forms; contents
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Every application for a loan to a qualified housing sponsor shall be made on forms furnished by the authority and shall contain such information as the authority shall require. L.1979, c. 275, s. 4, eff. Jan. 3, 1980.
