§ 40:37A-130 — Annual report; audit; contents

25. On or before the last day of February in each year the authority shall make an annual report for the preceding calendar year to the governing body of the county and of each municipality and beneficiary county in which a housing project financed by the authority is located. The annual audit pursuant to section 45 of the "county improvement authorities law," P.L.1960, c.183 (C.40:37A-88) shall include the activities of the authority pursuant to this act.
