Any county, municipality, governmental unit or person is hereby empowered to enter into and perform any lease or other agreement with an authority for the lease to or use by such county, municipality, governmental unit or person of all or any part of any public facility or facilities. Any such lease or other agreement may provide for the payment to the authority by such county, municipality, governmental unit or persons annually or otherwise of such sum or sums of money, computed at fixed amounts or by any formula or in any other manner, as may be fixed in or pursuant thereto.
