Text
All live stock subjected to an official or private test for brucellosis and all animals vaccinated or otherwise treated under a program under the supervision of the department shall be marked as prescribed by the board. Such markings shall not be construed as cruelty to animals within the meaning of any law of this State. L.1946, c. 257, p. 895, s. 9.
