Text
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act or any order, rule or regulation made by the board under this act, shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $100.00 and for the second and each subsequent offense to a penalty of not more than $200.00. L.1957, c. 140, p. 536, s. 14.
