Within 3 days after the arrival of the cattle at their destination within the State, the owner or custodian shall notify the Director of the Division of Animal Health, Department of Agriculture, Trenton, either by telegraph or telephone, of the arrival of the cattle imported and their location in this State. Amended by L.1967, c. 175, s. 4, eff. July 25, 1967.
