Text
All cattle imported into this State, except those imported from areas designated by the board as provided in section 4:5-54 of this Title, and except those imported for immediate slaughter as specified in section 4:5-69 of this Title, shall bear a tag number or other mark of identification to be furnished or designated by the department. No two or more of such tags or marks used in the same shipment shall bear the same number. Amended by L.1946, c. 247, p. 877, s. 21; L.1947, c. 207, p. 869, s. 5.
