Text
The certificate of tuberculin test shall contain the following information: a. The number of cattle to be brought in and the lines and route over which they are to travel; b. The tag number, gender, breed, approximate age, color and markings of the animal; c. The name and address of the person from whom the cattle were consigned, and the name and address of the consignee; d. The date of the tuberculin test, and the kind of test made; and e. The signature of the veterinarian making the test with a complete record of the same made in accordance with the method prescribed by the department, and such other information as may be deemed advisable.
