Text
All tuberculin tests shall be made according to the standards established by the department and executed by a veterinarian in good standing recognized by the department. In the case of tests made outside of the state the certificates of tests of the veterinarians shall be certified by the authorities of the state in which the test is made, having jurisdiction similar to that of the department in this state. The department may refuse to accept any such certificate if in its judgment the veterinarian is not competent.
