§ 4:5-47 — Standard of tests; report of tests
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
All tuberculin tests, either official or private, shall be made according to the standards established, methods prescribed and in a manner acceptable to the department. A report of such tests shall be made to the department by the veterinarian making the same within seven days, on forms provided by the department and shall include the name and address of the owner, location of premises and a complete record of the animals and such other information as may be required on the forms.
