Text
The county boards of freeholders in their respective counties and the governing bodies of townships, municipalities or other designated areas may make such appropriations from the general funds of their county, township, municipality or other designated area as will enable them to co-operate effectively with the cattle owners, the state department of agriculture and the United States department of agriculture in the control and eradication of tuberculosis under the area plan of testing or any other plan. The money so appropriated shall be placed in a fund to be used in the county, township, municipality or other designated area in which it originated subject to the approval of the state department.
