Text
The department may obtain information regarding the number of cattle owners and the number of cattle in a county, township, municipality or other designated area in order to carry out a plan for the tuberculin testing of cattle for the control and eradication of tuberculosis in co-operation with the United States Department of Agriculture. A record of the information obtained shall be filed in the office of the Department of Agriculture. Expenses incurred in procuring this information shall be paid for from funds appropriated to the department. Amended by L.1946, c. 247, p. 876, s. 16.
