In order for animals imported into New Jersey to be eligible for appraisement and indemnity the following conditions must be satisfied: a. The animal shall at the time of entry be accompanied by a tuberculin test chart showing compliance with the New Jersey State Board of Agriculture regulations governing the interstate movement of cattle; except that cattle imported from specific areas designated by the Board of Agriculture as provided in section 4:5-54 of this Title need not comply with this paragraph.

b.The animal shall at the time of entry be accompanied by a health chart approved by the chief regulatory official of the point of origin stating that the herd from which it came was fully accredited, or a negative herd in a modified accredited area and was not under quarantine for any in
