N.J. Stat. Ann. § 4:5-106.6 (2026).

Text

No license issued under this act shall be transferable by the licensee, and each license shall apply to only one place of business which shall be specified in the license. Any licensee operating more than 1 such place of business shall obtain a separate license for each place. L.1957, c. 140, p. 534, s. 6.
