Text
Not later than 1 year following the effective date of this act, the commissioner shall submit a written report to the Legislature detailing the operation of the pilot program and shall make recommendations concerning the practicability and feasibility of the establishment of additional clinics. The commissioner may accompany this report with any recommendations for legislation or other action appropriate for adoption or consideration by the Legislature. L.1983, c. 180, s. 6, eff.
