§ 4:19A-14 — Acceptance of funds; pilot clinic fund
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
a.The commissioner may accept funds from any public or private source to help carry out the purposes of this act.
b.All fees collected pursuant to P.L.1983, c.181 (C.4:19-15.3c) or pursuant to section 2 of this act, and all moneys received pursuant to subsection a. of this section shall be placed in a special fund to be known as the "Pilot Clinic Fund" which shall be separate from the General State Fund and which shall be used for the purposes established herein. L.1983, c. 180, s. 5, eff. May 10, 1983.
