Not less than 180 days subsequent to the establishment of the pilot clinic, the commissioner may recommend to the Legislature any adjustment to the fees, established pursuant to section 2 of this act, deemed necessary to ensure the operation of the pilot clinic. L.1983, c. 180, s. 4, eff. May 10, 1983.
