Text
No person, firm, corporation or association organized after February 28, 1924, for the purpose of engaging in any of the activities mentioned in section 4:13-3 of this Title, shall use the word "co-operative" as part of its corporate or other business name or title unless it has organized under this chapter, or has been authorized to transact business in New Jersey under section 15 of this chapter. Amended by L.1966, c. 286, s. 6.
