§ 4:13-2 — Incorporation
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Any 3 or more persons or any 2 or more agricultural co-operative associations or combination thereof eligible for membership under this chapter may form a nonprofit co-operative agricultural association, either with or without capital stock, by subscribing and filing a certificate of incorporation, as provided by this chapter. Amended by L.1966, c. 286, s. 2.
