A foreign corporation organized for the purpose of engaging in any of the activities mentioned in section 4:13-3 of this Title, and desiring to operate under the privileges granted by this statute, before transacting any business in this State, shall file in the office of the Secretary of State: a. A copy of its charter or certificate of incorporation; b. A statement, attested by its president and secretary under its corporate seal that it is organized as a nonprofit, cooperative agricultural association, and that it is operated for the mutual benefit of its members, and designating its principal office in this State and an agent upon whom process against the corporation may be served, which agency shall continue until the substitution, by writing, of another agent.
