Text
Any processor who shall have been found to have violated any of the provisions of this act shall forfeit and pay a penalty of not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense to be sued for and recovered by and in the name of the "State of New Jersey." L.1962, c. 131, s. 6, eff. July 27, 1962. Amended by L.1971, c. 324, s. 17, eff. Oct. 28, 1971.
