§ 4:13-44 — Public policy
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
It is hereby declared to be in the public interest and the public policy of this State to establish and support the right of any producer to join voluntarily and belong to cooperative associations. L.1962, c. 131, s. 2, eff. July 27, 1962.
