Any member of the State Board of Agriculture may be removed from office by the Governor, for cause, upon notice and opportunity to be heard. The Secretary of Agriculture may be removed from office by the Governor, upon notice and opportunity to be heard. L.1948, c. 447, p. 1778, s. 3, supplementing c. 1, Title 4.
