The secretary shall lay before the board the reports of the directors of divisions which are required by section 4:1-19 of this Title to be presented, and the board shall incorporate the same, or so much thereof as it shall deem pertinent and proper, together with such additional matter pertaining to the work of the department and the promotion of the agricultural interests of the State as it may determine, in an annual report to be submitted by it to the following session of the Legislature. Amended by L.1950, c. 293, p. 991, s. 3.
