Text
The Secretary of Agriculture shall be appointed by the board, with the approval of the Governor. He shall receive such salary as shall be provided by law. The Secretary of Agriculture shall administer, direct and cause to be performed the functions and duties of the department. Amended by L.1944, c. 202, p. 724, s. 7; L.1962, c. 65, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1962.
