§ 4:1-12 — Assignment of functions and duties; supervision

New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS

The board shall assign to the various divisions, bureaus, officers and employees, their proper functions and duties and either directly, or through the secretary, supervise and control the performance thereof. Amended by L.1950, c. 293, p. 990, s. 1.
