Except as otherwise provided herein the functions, powers, duties, records and property of the present director of milk control are hereby transferred to and vested in the Office of Milk Industry established hereunder, to be exercised and used by the director thereof pursuant to the provisions of this act and as otherwise provided by law. L.1948, c. 447, p. 1779, s. 5.
