Text
When the account of a personal representative has been allowed by court, the court may direct just distribution, in accordance with the provisions of the will, of what shall remain in the estate or a trust under the will, after all debts and expenses and other charges have been allowed and deducted. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:23-16, eff. May 1, 1982.
