§ 3B:23-10 — Distribution to guardian
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
A personal representative may discharge his obligation to distribute to any person under legal disability by distributing to the guardian of his estate. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:23-10, eff. May 1, 1982.
