§ 3B:23-15 — Abatement where subject of specific devise sold

New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
If the subject of a specific devise is sold or used incident to administration, abatement shall be achieved by appropriate adjustments in, or contribution from, other interests in the remaining assets. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:23-15, eff. May 1, 1982.
