§ 3B:18-4 — Disputes between fiduciaries as to apportionment
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
When a difference arises between fiduciaries concerning the apportionment of commissions between them, the Superior Court shall determine the apportionment of commissions, having regard to their respective services. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:18-4, eff. May 1, 1982.
