§ 3B:18-10 — Notice to recipient of property
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
The court shall prescribe the notice to be given to the recipient of the property of the fiduciary's application for additional compensation. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:18-10, eff. May 1, 1982.
