§ 3B:18-12 — Definition of fiduciary
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
As used in this article "fiduciary" means personal representative and fiduciaries appointed under chapter 26 of this title for absentees. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:18-12, eff. May 1, 1982.
