Text
Commissions taken as provided in N.J.S. 3B:18-17 shall be subject to review on intermediate and final accountings, and to the extent that aggregate commissions so taken exceed the commissions allowable under N.J.S. 3B:18-14 and N.J.S. 3B:18-15, they may be disallowed. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:18-20, eff. May 1, 1982.
