§ 3B:18-32 — When rates for corpus commissions taken annually effective
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
With respect to fiduciaries' annual corpus commissions, the rates set forth in this article shall apply for all annual periods ending after February 29, 1980. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:18-32, eff. May 1, 1982.
