Text
Where provision is made in a will for specific compensation to a fiduciary, the compensation shall be deemed full payment for services in lieu of commissions provided by this chapter, unless the fiduciary shall in writing filed with the surrogate or clerk of the Superior Court renounce the specific compensation. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:18-3, eff. May 1, 1982.
