§ 3B:10-16 — Decedent's will to be observed
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
Where administration is granted with the will annexed, the will of the decedent therein expressed shall be observed and performed. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:10-16, eff. May 1, 1982.
