New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
The Superior Court may grant administration ad litem, temporary administration, administration pendente lite, or any form of limited administration. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:10-12, eff. May 1, 1982.
