§ 3B:18-5 — Fiduciary removed from office; forfeiture of commissions

New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
Where a fiduciary is removed for any cause, the Superior Court may direct that his commissions be forfeited. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:18-5, eff. May 1, 1982.
