New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
4.The provisions of this act do not prohibit or limit the application of any law to a criminal or motor vehicle violation by a person who claims immunities or privileges under Title 22 of the United States Code. L.2003,c.23,s.4.
