Text
A summons or warrant issued by a magistrate under this chapter shall be valid throughout the State. An officer who may serve the summons or warrant and make arrest on the warrant in the county in which it was issued may also serve the summons or warrant and make arrest on the warrant in any county of the State. Amended by L.1953, c. 36, p. 623, s. 28.
