§ 39:5-32 — Validation, granting of new license.
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
39:5-32. The commission shall, at all times, have the power to validate a driver's license that has been revoked, or to grant a new license to any person whose license to drive motor vehicles shall have been revoked. Amended 2003, c.13, s.59.
