Text
No member of the Medical Advisory Panel, the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles or his employees, or any physician or optometrist licensed to practice in this State shall be liable for any civil damages as a result of providing any reports, records, examinations, opinions or recommendations pursuant to the act to which this act is a supplement. L.1980, c. 173, s. 1, eff. Dec. 29, 1980.
