Text
The director shall keep a record of all his official acts, shall preserve copies of all decisions, rules and orders made by him and shall adopt an official seal. Copies of any act, rule, order or decision made by him and of any paper filed in his office may be authenticated under such seal, at a cost not to exceed $5.00 for each authentication, and when so authenticated shall be evidence the same as the original. Amended by L.1975, c. 180, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1976.
