There is hereby created in the Division of Motor Vehicles a special study and advisory panel to be known as the medical Advisory Panel consisting of physicians licensed to practice medicine and surgery (including physicians specialty-board certified in internal medicine, psychiatry, neurology, physical medicine, and ophthalmology), licensed optometrists, and officials of the division supervising motor vehicle driver licensing. L.1977, c. 26, s. 1, eff. Feb. 24, 1977. Amended by L.1980, c. 37, s. 2, eff. June 19, 1980.
